Applications can be handed in throughout the year.

The application for a place in daycare must be handed in at least 4 months before the day care is to begin. If the need for day care cannot be anticipated and the need to quickly obtain a place in day care is due to the fact that parents start  to work or study, the application should be handed in as quickly as possible, however, at least two weeks before the day care is due to begin.
